New Masonry Scope Equipment Management: We furnished, set up, maintained, dismantled, and removed all necessary equipment, including lifts, tube scaffolding, ladders, and hand tools, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment for the new masonry portion of the project. Masonry Installation: Our team installed a combination of standard gray CMU (concrete masonry units), half-high Harvard Brik, Cordova stone, and thin stone (as furnished by others) for the new exterior walls of the building, following the project plans. All masonry was installed in a standard running bond using natural gray type ‘S’ mortar, with stone laid in a random ashlar pattern. Mortar joints were carefully tooled concave, brushed, and finished to a high standard.
