A Class Masonry and Construction was selected to deliver comprehensive masonry services for the "Rehab Without Walls" project, a specialized healthcare facility renovation near downtown Boston. Our team brought expertise, precision, and a commitment to quality, ensuring the project met all structural and aesthetic goals.

Scope of Work

Site Preparation & Equipment Management: We furnished, set up, maintained, and safely removed all necessary equipment-including forklifts, scaffolding, ladders, and hand tools-to ensure a seamless and efficient masonry workflow throughout the project. Utility Brick Installation: Our masons installed utility brickwork to closely match the existing façade, using standard gray 8" CMU (concrete masonry units) for new addition walls as specified in the architectural drawings. All brick and CMU were laid in a standard running bond with natural gray Type S mortar, achieving both strength and visual consistency. Stone Sill & Veneer Work: We supplied and installed custom stone sills and a single brick veneer column for the new addition, following precise architectural plans for both durability and design harmony

Project Completion

The project was completed on schedule and in full compliance with all local building codes and quality standards. Our team’s attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship ensured the new and existing masonry blended seamlessly, preserving the facility’s character while enhancing its functionality.
